Since I belong to Rajasthan, I would definitely be publicizing lot of Rajasthani dishes here. One of my extreme favorite is Mirchi Ke Tapore (Sauted Green Chilli Pickle).
If you like hot spicy food, this one will top your spicy food chart. It can easily be replaced by a pickle or chutney in your meal or may be another add on to show the plate full 🙂
So here is the recipe of hot and spicy Mirchi ke tapore:
Prep Time: 7-8 min
1 tbsp Oil
250 gms Moti Hari Mirch (Green Chilli Cut into small round pieces)
1 tsp Saunf (Fennel Seeds)
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
1 Lemon juice
Salt to taste
In a hot pan add oil, fennel seeds, cumin seeds for 1 min and let it crackle.
Add green chillies, turmeric and salt and saute for 5-6 min till green chillies softens.
Turn the stove off and add lemon juice.
Your Mirchi ke Tapore are now ready to serve.
